The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom condominium at 5315 Fisher Island Drive in Fisher Island. The price of the 2,740-square-foot Dade County home was cut by $800,000, or 29 percent, to $1.9 million. The condo was listed for $2.5 million when it first hit the market in October 2005.
