The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a seven-bedroom, six-bathroom house at 7515 SW 122nd Street in Miami. The price of the 7,950-square-foot Dade County home was cut by $300,000, or 9 percent, to $3.19 million. The condo was listed for $3.9 million when it first hit the market in October 2008. The home has three fireplaces, marble floors, a pool and a covered terrace. Antonio Del Toro of Countywide Properties has the listing.
