Mogul likes hockey, not real estate

Billionaire Jeff Greene said he’s ready to buy the Tampa Bay hockey team, but will leave South Florida real estate in the penalty box for now. Greene, whose fortune has been listed at $1.3 billion, and who has a successful real estate investment record, bet against the subprime boom and now says South Florida will suffer from the bubble years of overbuilding for several years, at the very least.
