Biggest price cut of the day

The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a four-bedroom, five-bathroom condo at 900 Brickell Key Boulevard in Miami. The price of the 5,100-square-foot Dade County home was cut by $500,000, or 6 percent, to $8.5 million. The condo was listed for $9 million when it first hit the market in February. The tri-level penthouse has both a private terrace and elevator. Jorge Padial of Swire Realty has the listing.
