The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a four-bedroom, four-bathroom single-family home at 1425 Ponce de Leon Drive in Ft. Lauderdale. The price of the Broward County home, which spans 6,750 square feet including the house footprint, was cut by $570,000, or 23 percent, to $1.9 million. The condominium unit was listed for $2.9 million when it first hit the market in July. The house has a 50-foot deck as well as two fireplaces in the living room and master bedroom.
