Elan buys warehouse

Youth clothier Elan International paid $1.8 million, or $66 per square foot, for a 26,577-square-foot industrial warehouse at 15855 NW 13th Ave. It will replace cabinet maker Sunshine Kitchens. Coral Gables-based Flagler Real Estate Services represented buyer Senaya Holdings, an affiliate of Elan. The seller was Norman Shapiro, former owner of Sunshine Kitchens, who was represented by ComReal Miami. Elan will move its headquarters to the Sunshine State Industrial Park from its current Pembroke Park location.
