Vacated trailer park still empty and up for sale

The Hilltop Gardens Mobile Home Park was cleared out two years ago, but the 23-acre Palm Beach Gardens property remains undeveloped. Hilltop Residential Limited bought the property for $9.6 million in 2005, but has not been able to move forward on any projects. It’s now up for sale for $12 million. Natalie Wong, Palm Beach Gardens’ planning manager, said a final vote on rezoning the land for commercial use will take place within six months.
