The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a six-bedroom, six-bathroom single-family home at 601 Isle of Palms Near East Las Olas Boulevard in Ft. Lauderdale. The price of the Broward County house was cut by $350,000, or 13 percent, to $2.4 million. The property was most recently on the market for $2.7 million, down from its original asking price of $3.1 million when it first went on the market in March 2008. The lot is 12,999 square feet including the home, pool, three-car garage and large outdoor entertaining areas. Joy Triglia of Intercoastal Realty has the listing.
