Bilzin lease tops deal charts

Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod said it plans to move into 1450 Brickell Avenue, one of a trio of office towers rising in downtown Miami. The law firm has signed a 15-year lease for the 80,000-square-foot space. Financial terms were not disclosed. Bilzin Sumberg will move from the Wachovia Financial Center toward the end of 2010. It’s the second lease the law firm has signed in 17 months. It also inked a 10-year deal with Brickell Financial Centre, 600 Brickell Ave. in April 2008, but the lease was canceled after construction delays.
