The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, five-bathroom condo at 100 S. Pointe Drive in Miami Beach. The price of the 4,378-square-foot Dade County home was cut by $504,000, or 8 percent, to $5.9 million. The condo unit was listed for $7.2 million when it first hit the market in August 2008. The condo has a wrap-around balcony with views of South Beach and the ocean. Jack Franco of South Pointe Drive Realty has the listing.
