The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a four-bedroom, seven-bathroom house at 1 Harbor Point, which sits on a 35,463-square-foot lot. The price of the Dade County home was cut by $951,000, or 6 percent, to $15.9 million. The home was listed for $27.5 million when it first hit the market in March 2008. The property also has a furnished, two-story guest house, elevator, swimming pool and patio. Pamela Ibarguen-Mann of Fortune International Realty has the listing.
