The path has been cleared — literally — for a the new Class A green office building to replace several vacant buildings, which were razed this week, along “Banker’s Row” in Palm Beach. Oliver Design Group Architects, the firm responsible for the nearby Brown Brothers Harriman and Fidelity Investments buildings, designed the 13,500-square-foot, three-story building at 204 Royal Palm Way near South County Road with a landscaped private terrace, office balconies on the second floor, and a full-time covered valet parking area on the first floor. Leonard Ackerman is the developer, and the space will be marketed and leased by commercial real estate firm Crocker Partners. Construction is slated to begin in 2010 and will take approximately 12 months to complete. TRD
