The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut of the day is a five-bedroom, five-bathroom house at 4835 Hammock Lake Drive in Coral Gables, according to Condo Vultures Realty. The Dade County home is on the market for $4.29 million after a price reduction of $610,000, or 12 percent, from the original asking price of $4.9 million when it hit the market July 6. The house boasts a grand living room with vaulted ceilings, a theater and an exercise room. The lakefront 45,738-square-foot lot includes the home, a pool area, and a lawn leading down to the dock.
