Palm Beach manse sells for $4.95 million

The Vintage Estates at the Bear’s Club sold 111 West Bear’s Club Drive for $4.95 million to 111 West Bear’s Club Drive, a corporate purchasing entity whose authorized agent is Helga Piaget. She is married to Yves Piaget, president of Piaget, the Swiss watchmaker and jewelry company. In 2004 Mrs. Piaget purchased 447 Red Hawk Drive, as the registered principal of 447 Red Hawk Drive, another purchasing entity, for $2.25 million. It is now on the market for $2 million.
