Former Merill exec takes Chase post in South Florida

Guillermo Castillo, a former Bank of America Merrill Lynch executive, has taken the post of president at Chase’s middle market commercial banking unit in South Florida. Mark Bensabat, CEO of Chase Middle Market Banking in Florida, said the bank is expanding its commercial business in the state, where there are 237 Chase bank branches, 1,025 ATMs, and 13,000 employees.
