Five applicants want to build on a one-acre parcel next to Guanabanas restaurant on the west side of State Road A1A. The Coastal Historic Undersea Management Society wants to build a miniature replica of the Celestial Railroad, which ran between 1889 and 1895, and put up shipwreck displays. Developer Nick Mastroianni, who is also heading the Harbourside project, wants to build a family-oriented village project.
