Weekly contracts post 2 percent rise

South Florida pending sales contracts for the week that ended Oct. 12 rose by 2 percent from the preceding week, consultancy Condo Vultures reported.
In the tri-county region, Palm Beach County, where contracts rose 3 percent in the seven-day period to 2,676, was the frontrunner. Contracts also increased in Broward County, up 2 percent to 7,319 pending deals. In Miami-Dade County, the number of pending sales increased by 1.6 percent to 8,049, according to the report.
