The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, seven-bathroom house at 1350 South Venetian Way in Miami Beach, which sits on a 12,250-square-foot lot. The $5.9 million Dade County home saw its price cut by $850,000, or 13 percent. The residence was listed for $6.7 million when it first hit the market in July. The home features an indoor pool and spa, and a private boat dock on the property. Farouk Gongee of Keller Williams Miami Beach has the listing.
