Three Florida zip codes rate high for schools-housing mix

Real estate Web site Cyberhomes and BusinessWeek magazine picked 25 zip codes nationwide that offer both good schools and affordable homes, and two South Florida towns made the list. Lake Worth, zip code 33367, in Palm Beach County, and Boca Raton, 33433, were ranked second and 15th in the survey. Both areas have median home prices of $305,000.
