The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo at 2438 Fisher Island Drive at Bayside Village in Fisher Island. The $2.5 million Dade County home saw its price cut by $600,000, or 19 percent. The residence was listed for $3.1 million when it first hit the market in February. The 2,744-square-foot home is on the top floor of the building and has vaulted ceilings. Carlos Serrano of La Playa Properties Group has the listing.
