The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom house at 9001 Banyan Drive in Coral Gables. The $4.9 million Dade County home saw its price cut by $1 million, or 17 percent. The residence was listed for $5.9 million when it first hit the market in July. The 9,903-square-foot home sits at the tip of Hammock Lake.
