The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a
four-bedroom, four-bathroom house at 1000 88th Street in Surfside,
which sits on a 15,000-square-foot lot. The $1.5 million Dade County
home saw its price cut by $390,000, or 21 percent from its last asking
price of $1.9 million. The waterfront property, which originally hit
the market in April 2007 for $2.4 million, features a pool, deck and
private boat dock. Sabeto Garazi of the Keyes Company has the listing. (Condo Vultures
data includes condos and single-family home listings in the main
metropolitan areas of Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and Key
West that are priced at $1 million and above, and that include
photographs. Listings are taken from the South Florida MLS.) TRD
