The $2.45 million Broward County home saw a $500,000, or 17 percent, price cut from $2.95 million. It was listed at $3.35 million when it first hit the market in July. The home features a pool, Jacuzzi, and four-car garage, and sits on a 99,752-square-foot lot. Thomas Druck of Keller Williams Eagle Realty has the listing.
