Leslie Hotel in Miami Beach sold

The Leslie Hotel, a 48-room Ocean Drive spot, sold for $8.05 million, according to Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, which represented the seller, Leslie Beach Associates. The buyer was a Miami hotel owner who plans to completely rehabilitate the vacant property and open its doors within the next two years, the firm said. TRD
