The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a four-bedroom, four-bathroom house at 355 Cocoplum Road in Coral Gables, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $4.9 million Dade County home saw a $600,000, or 11 percent, price cut from $5.5 million. The home was originally listed for $6.4 million when it first hit the market in May 2008. Sitting on an 18,644-square-foot lot, the house features an elevator, screen porch and fireplaces. Audrey Ross of Esslinger-Wooten-Maxwell has the listing.
