The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a four-bedroom, four-bathroom condo at 1000 117555 Collins Avenue at the Pinnacle in Sunny Isles, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $2 million Dade County home saw a $400,000, or 17 percent, price cut from $2.4 million, when it first hit the market in February. The 4,900-square-foot penthouse has balconies and ocean views.
