The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a 10-bedroom, seven-bathroom house at 4462 North Bay Road in Miami Beach, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $4.9 million Dade County home saw a $2 million, or 29 percent, price cut from its original asking price of $6.9 million when it first hit the market in November 2008. Sitting on a 25,427-square-foot lot, the house features a home theater, separate gym, and indoor and outdoor pools. Rafael Ariasof One Sotheby’s International Realty has the listing.
