The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a three-bedroom, four-bathroom condo at the Millenium Tower Residences at unit 56 at 1425 Brickell Avenue, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $3.9 million Dade County home saw a $500,000, or 11 percent, price cut from $4.5 million, when it first hit the market in February. The 3,682-square-foot condo has a back-lit onyx bar and ocean views. Techrin Hijazi of Avatar Real Estate Services has the listing.
