Tenants at Fort Lauderdale’s 19-story Wachovia Tower are waiting for the new building manager to deliver on maintenance promises. Kennedy Wilson, a California company that took control of the 338,000-square-foot tower in Downtown Fort Lauderdale earlier this year, is rolling out $4.5 million worth of improvements to the building plaza and lobby, and it wants tenants to monitor its progress. Rob Cord, senior managing director with Kennedy Wilson, said he has invited building occupants to remain in contact and offer updates and critiques. Asking rents at the building are in the range of $28 to $30 per square foot. [GlobeSt]
