The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a eight-bedroom, nine-bathroom house at 534 Bontona Avenue in Ft. Lauderdale, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $9.9 million Broward County home saw a $950,000, or 9 percent, price cut. The home was originally listed for $10.9 million when it first hit the market in December 2008. The home has over 700 feet of waterfront property and sits on a 40,950-square-foot lot. Kelly Drum of Drum Realty has the listing.
