The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a six-bedroom, eight-bathroom house in Weston at 16260 Saddle Club Road, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $4.7 million Broward County home saw a $1.05 million, or 18 percent, price cut, from $5.75 million. It was originally listed for $5.999 million when it first hit the market in October 2008. The home sits on a 168,577-square-foot lot that includes a heated pool and spa. It features a home theater, exercise room, wine cellar and servants’ quarters.
