The West Palm Beach marina, which has undergone extensive renovations, will be in full operation by the end of November. Marina manager John Smundin said the new facility will have an additional pier, bringing its total to five, with 165 slips and a capacity of 198 boats. Wider and longer slips are able to accommodate vessels from 50 feet to 250 feet. Leisure Resorts of Hartford, Conn., spent about $20 million on the refurbishment and expansion, which began in March. It has owned the marina since the late 1970s. [Palm Beach Daily News]
