Rowley and Flagler team up

Flagler Real Estate Services’ brokerage and property management arm announced it has joined forces with the Rowley Group to create Florida’s leading integrated commercial real estate services provider. The announcement, effective Nov. 15, was made jointly by Stephen “Pike” Rowley, President of Rowley Group, and Jose Hevia, President and CEO of Flagler. The new combined Flagler Real Estate Services division will continue to be based out of Flagler’s Coral Gables headquarters. Rowley will serve as President of Flagler Real Estate Services, now the largest property management firm in Florida and one of the largest commercial brokerages in South Florida. Rowley will also be responsible for overseeing Flagler Real Estate Services brokerage, property management and asset management business, which includes the newly launched Asset Solutions Group.
