Boca Raton developer Jamie Danburg, president of Danburg Management, has found a formula that works in good times and bad, concentrating on office buildings that are aimed at small businesses. Most of his projects center on the Congress Avenue corridor in Boca Raton, near the Arvida Park of Commerce, and they have lower vacancy rates than properties that housed larger tenants that have been harder hit in the state’s crippling recession. Offices that range from 356 square feet to 4,000 square feet get tenants that won’t do large-scale layoffs, and have proved to be more stable tenants, he said. [Palm Beach Post]
