The
South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a four-bedroom,
three-bathroom house in Fort
Lauderdale at 30 Bay Colony Lane, according to data
from Condo Vultures Realty. The $2.3 million Broward County
home saw a $400,000, or 15 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $2.6
million when it first hit the market in August. The waterfront home sits on a 24,000-square-foot
lot that includes private docks. Nancy Pedicord
