Cushman & Wakefield chairman John Cushman will take over the top post at Rock Creek Capital, a Jacksonville alternative asset investment management company that concentrates on buying land with timber, minerals and other natural resources. The shift will give Rock Creek’s founder, former chair and current CEO James Dahl more time to pursue new business. Dahl said plenty of high-net worth individuals are now putting conservation easements on their properties, and said the firm is trying to close a pair of large land deals. [GlobeSt]
