The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a six-bedroom, seven-bathroom house at 5852 Southwest 54th Lane in Miami, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $1.2 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $350,000, or 22 percent, price cut off its most recent $5.35 million asking price. It was listed for $1.9 million when it first hit the market in September 2008. The brand new home has a second-floor balcony and a circular staircase.
