Four Seasons condos fetch $771 per square foot

Purchases of units in Miami’s Four Seasons hotel this year have
averaged $771 a square foot, according to Bal Harbour-based consultancy
Condo Vultures. The hotel, also called the Millennium Tower, on
Brickell Avenue, closed deals over the past 60 days on units that sold
between $2.5 and $4.7 million. Year-to-date, sales there currently
total $21.3 million, $10.3 million of which were completed in the last
two months. The Four Seasons has only sold 72 percent of its units
