The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a four-bedroom, four-bathroom house in Coconut Grove at 3333 Poinciana Avenue, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $4.9 million home saw a $1 million, or 17 percent, price cut from when it was originally listed in August. The waterfront 6,573-square-foot home sits on a 10,800-square-foot lot that includes a heated pool and hot tub. Jorge Uribe of One Sothebys International Realty has the listing.
