The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a four-bedroom, two-bathroom house in Miami at 20505 Southwest 256th Street, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $1.2 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $1 million, or 45 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $2.2 million when it first hit the market in August. The 4,087-square-foot home sits on a 174,240-square-foot lot which includes a 13-stall concrete barn and an avocado grove. Daniel Burdak of Brickell Investment Realty has the listing.
