The $1.2 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $1 million, or 45 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $2.2 million when it first hit the market in August. The 4,087-square-foot home sits on a 174,240-square-foot lot which includes a 13-stall concrete barn and an avocado grove. Daniel Burdak of Brickell Investment Realty has the listing.
