Palm Beach’s Par-3 Golf Course reopened this morning after an eight-month $4.5 million renovation, that added salt-tolerant greens, which don’t need as much irrigation. The 18 holes in the 39-acre course were not moved in the project. Raymond Floyd, the legendary golfer who was in charge of the renovation committee, hit the ceremonial first tee.
