The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a
three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo at Oceanside @ Fisher Island at 7232 Fisher Island Drive,
according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $3.9 million
Miami-Dade County home, located in the Fisher Island neighborhood, saw a $1 million, or 20 percent, price cut. It was
originally listed for $4.9 million when it first hit the market in
February. The 4,590-square-foot home has ocean views, oversized terraces and a large kitchen with breakfast room. Jill Eber of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate has the
