The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a
five-bedroom, seven-bathroom house at 1620 West 21st Street in South Beach,
according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $5.499 million
Miami-Dade County home saw a $1.401 million, or 20 percent, price cut. It was
originally listed for $6.9 million when it first hit the market in
May. The waterfront home has a roof deck, gym, 65-foot dock and views of downtown Miami. It is available fully furnished. Raymond Bolduc of One Sotheby’s International Realty has the
