Palm Beach condo makes 2009 record with $8M sale

A luxury penthouse at Two North Breakers Row sold last week for $8 million, becoming the record price for a condo in Palm Beach this year. Louis Epstein sold the 3,600-square-foot, three-bedroom unit to Cohen Brother Realty of Florida, a corporation set up for the purchase. Nadine House of Nadine House Realty represented both the buyer and seller, and called the sale price very fair.
