A luxury penthouse at Two North Breakers Row sold last week for $8 million, becoming the record price for a condo in Palm Beach this year. Louis Epstein sold the 3,600-square-foot, three-bedroom unit to Cohen Brother Realty of Florida, a corporation set up for the purchase. Nadine House of Nadine House Realty represented both the buyer and seller, and called the sale price very fair. The condo sale record was set in 2005, when an oceanfront penthouse fetched $10.5 million, she said. [Palm Beach Daily News]
