The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a four-bedroom, five-bathroom condo at Santa Maria in Miami at 1643 Brickell Avenue, unit 4105, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $3.25 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $150,000, or 4 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $3.4 million when it first hit the market in November. The 4,030-square-foot home has two terraces with ocean and skyline views, maid’s quarters and customized walk-in closets. Fabian Dominguez of Fortune International Realty has the listing.
