The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a
six-bedroom, six-bathroom condo in Jade Beach at 17001 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles,
according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $4.499 million
Miami-Dade County home saw a $301,000, or 6 percent, price cut. It was
originally listed for $4.8 million when it first hit the market in
Septemeber. The two-story, 6,465-square-foot penthouse is brand new with large terraces and views of the beach, downtown and the Intracoastal Waterway. Ivonn Goihman of Fortune International Realty Aventura has the
