Aventura Arts & Cultural Center topped off
Construction on the new waterfront Aventura Arts & Cultural Center has topped off and the 14,864-square-foot, 325-seat performing arts center is slated to open this summer. The center will have a lobby, stage, dressing rooms and a backstage area with a storage and loading deck. The City of Aventura, the Broward Center for the Performing Arts and Suffolk Construction celebrated the topping off this week.

London retailer coming to Lincoln Road
London clothing retailer AllSaints is joining the likes of J. Crew, Apple, and Williams-Sonoma at the Lincoln Road pedestrian mall in South Beach, property owner Thor Equities has announced. The company signed a 10-year lease for 7,500 square feet of space at 910 Lincoln Road, which will become its first store on the East Coast.

Prodigy tapped as exclusive marketing agent at Plaza at Oceanside
Prodigy has been named the exclusive sales and marketing agent for the Plaza at Oceanside, a new 17-story condominium in Pompano Beach acquired earlier this month by Hollywood, Fla. developer Ari Pearl and his New York partner, the Chetrit Group. The 186 units, which consist of two- and three-bedroom apartments, lofts, and six penthouses, have views of the Atlantic Ocean to the East and the Intracoastal Waterway to the West. Peggy Fucci, who is leading the sales team at Oceanside, said several units are already in contract after sales re-launched following the property’s transfer.

Chase opening six new home service centers in Florida
Chase is opening 24 additional Chase Homeownership Centers, including six in Florida, which will provide counseling and other services for struggling homeowners. The centers will be open six days per week for scheduled appointments or walk-ins, and will be staffed with multilingual counselors. The Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale areas will be getting new centers, bringing Chase’s total in the state to 11. TRD
