The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a four-bedroom, six-bathroom unit at the Porto Vita condominium at 20155 Northeast 38th Court, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $5.3 million Miami-Dade County apartment 2801 saw a $700,000, or 12 percent, price cut. It was listed for $6 million when it first hit the market in February. The 5,141-square-foot corner unit has ocean views, a private elevator, and a wrap-around balcony. Denise Rubin of Denise Rubin International Realty has the listing.
