Summit inks seven-year deal on Class A Boca Raton offices

Summit Brokerage Services, the securities and investment services firm, has signed a seven-year lease on 17,808 square feet of Class A office space at 595 Financial Center, in Boca Raton’s financial district. Charles Shane, president of Bryason Realty, negotiated the lease in what his firm said in a press release is “believed to be the largest leasing transaction in the downtown Boca Raton financial district in several years.” Summit will occupy one and a half floors at the 595 South Federal Highway property.
