A $4.95 million mansion buy for Sale Johnson

Sale Johnson, wife of sportscaster and football star Ahmad Rashad, last week purchased an estate in Jupiter’s Bear’s Club enclave for $4.95 million. The sellers of the five-bedroom, 7,000-square-foot home at 124 Bear’s Club Drive were Dev Bala Van Lefferdink and her husband, Morgan Van Lefferdink, who bought the house in 2001 for $1.15 million. It has a guest house and two acres of land overlooking the 11th Green of the Bear Club’s golf course and was listed for $6.995 million. The Bear’s Club Sotheby’s International Realty handled the listing. [Palm Beach Daily News]
